Note we do not perform the audit or review. We just make it much easier for you to go through the process.
Excess Onboarding Cleanup
When we onboard a new customer we plan to do some measure of "clean up" work. This is limited to three months of transactions in up to six bank and credit card accounts.
Cleanup work above and beyond our standard will incur additional cost.
Cap Table Management
Manage your cap table. We keep track of various securities issuance, grants, etc. You manage any equity plans, issue grants, etc.
For smaller cap tables we use Excel. For larger ones we use Carta.
Financial Analysis
We build into our Virtual CFO subscription up to five custom financial analyses per year.
Additional analyses may be purchased at additional cost.

Most add-ons are for our Virtual Accounting subscription because we are doing the transactional work for you.
We offer some add-ons such as Customer Profitability or Deferred Revenue to our Virtual CFO subscribers since we can usually overlay those systems to what is currently in place.
Why price add-ons at different times?
Why price add-ons at different times?
We've worked with enough customers to the point where we've gotten comfortable with the time and effort to deliver certain add-ons, so we price them during our intial call. This gives you full pricing transparency.
Other add-ons aren't needed at first, so we price those when needed. We want you to know that we have the capabilities to support you as your company grows.
