She has readied numerous private and PE-backed businesses for successful sale while building controls infrastructure, audit functionality, and streamlined financial close and board reporting processes for organizations of all types and sizes.

Jen serves as Audit and Finance Committee Chair of the New Jersey Innovation Institute and previously sat on the advisory board of the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the University of Delaware. She is also a mentor to college students and early-career professionals.
